Mold & Indoor Air Quality Inspections & Sampling With increasing frequency indoor air quality has been at the forefront of our health concerns, and rightly so. Harmful molds and chemical toxins are taking over our homes and places of business. The worst part of it is we are the victims of our own desire to make our homes and offices as energy efficient as possible. In order to make our properties energy efficient we have eliminated the buildings natural indoor / outdoor air exchange. This has been accomplished by sealing all air leaks in and around our doors, windows, and walls as well as adding extra insulation. The elimination of indoor / outdoor air exchange can create a virtual witches brew of indoor biologic and chemical pollution. It is imperative to find out what is in the air you're breathing everyday particularly if there are young children, or someone in the property is suffering from mystery illnesses.
