Basic Cleaning
•	A pre-treat will be applied on heavy traffic areas and raked into the carpet to loosen dirt prior to steam cleaning.
•	Move only light furniture if necessary, large furniture can be moved for extra charge.

Deep Scrub Cleaning
•	A pre-treat will be applied to all areas of the carpet and aggressively raked into the carpet as needed to loosen dirt prior to steam cleaning.

	•	Steam cleaning carpet will be done with the aide of the power Rotovac that mechanically scrubs the carpet with rotating heads. This state of the art technology will ensure the highest quality carpet cleaning and restoration is accomplished.
	•	Additionally, special effort is given to scrubbing a heavily soiled carpet and that scrubbing is aided by the use of stronger concentrations of cleaning solutions applied at higher pressure to achieve the maximum cleanliness of the carpet. Will attempt to remove spots, stains, and heavy soiled areas using the above described methods, however some areas may need special spot treatment which is available at an additional cost.
	Spot and Stain Removal
	•	I have special equipment and chemicals I can employ to remove spots caused by human, pet, food, grease, etc… (not all spots can be removed and some when left for a period of time can actually distort the color of the carpet) The cost of spot removal is on a case by case basis, due to the cost of special chemicals and labor involved.
	Carpet Protectant (When Requested)
	•	Will apply Dupont Teflon Advanced, to all areas of carpet and rake in as required by the manufacturer.
		All of the chemicals I use in these cleaning processes are the highest quality products available. I will provide all available information on any of the products I use on the job with advanced notice.
