| DUCT CLEANING PROCESS |
Air QC Certified Duct Cleaning Specialist |

| • | All my duct cleaning equipment is state of the art, and comes right into the property, so it is not necessary to leave a window or door open and drag dirty cumbersome hoses through the property. |
| • | The air system in the property will be turned off during the entire cleaning process. |
| • | All registers will be removed and vacuumed out, then vent boxes are cleaned with Envirocon and replaced. |
| • | Each supply and return duct will be cleaned with the state of the art Rotobrush System. This System mechanically removes contaminants from ducts via a rotating brush. It then safely conveys the debris away through a HEPA Vacuum. |
| • | In many cases only (1) one access hole has to be cut in each main supply and return trunk. However when the trunk is wider than 16” or is a long or irregular run, more access holes may be required. When the job is complete the
access holes are patched with ductile sheet metal, self-tapping screws, and metallic
foil tape. |
| • | The main trunks can be video taped for an extra charge with a state of the art video camera system allowing the customer visual verification the system is clean. The main trunk runs are where the largest amount of contamination accumulates. Having the ability to see what the system looks like before and after cleaning ensures quality. |
| • | If there are any problems or potential problems with the HVAC system I see during the cleaning process, the customer will be alerted to my findings, and recommendations to resolve the issue/s will be made. |
| • | When fogging (sanitizing) is requested, the air system for the property is turned back on and the fogging is done in the main return vents while the blower is running. |
